When purchasing an LCD bracket you need to decide which kind of bracket is right for you. Consider where you are going to mount the screen, is the bracket to hold the TV stationary or will it allow the TV to be positioned? What kind of LCD Bracket do I need?
If you are mounting a large TV somewhere where everyone can have a nice view sitting down you may only need a flat to the wall static bracket.
If you are mounting a smaller screen, perhaps in the kitchen you may want to be able to change the orientation of the TV. Perhaps towards the breakfast bar so you can watch the morning news with coffee and toast and then at a work surface while you are cooking in the evenings.
If you have used our Bracket Finder you can be sure that your bracket is strong enough to hold the weight of your TV. However you must ensure the wall you have chosen to mount the bracket to will support the weight of your TV. No matter how good the bracket is a thin sheet of plasterboard will not suffice! Light levels are also important when choosing the position of your TV. You should not place the TV in an area with lots of glare as the picture quality will be disappointing and the viewing experience could be unpleasant.
