Whilst a lot of the exhibtion halls and venues will rent these to you this is a very expensive option, particulalry when you consider that you can get your own TV Trolley for around £250. Likewise lots of the companies that specialise in the design and build of show/conference exhibition stands will supply them (typically on a rental basis) but again you'll end up paying signigicantly over the odds.
